Email support@dirAIght.com. This is our only support channel right now — no live chat or phone line yet. Every message reaches a real person; there's no bot in between.

What to include

The single biggest thing that speeds up a reply: tell us who you are and what you were doing.

• ·The email your account uses — we look everything up by this; without it we're guessing.
• ·A conversation link, if relevant — open the conversation and copy the URL. Saves a round-trip of "which chat do you mean?"
• ·What you expected vs. what happened — for a bug report, that's usually enough on its own; a screenshot helps for anything visual.

Response times

These are acknowledgment times — a real person responding, not necessarily the issue fully resolved on first reply. Simple questions are usually answered same-message; anything needing investigation gets a status update within the window below and we stay on it until it's closed.

Weekends and Indian public holidays don't count toward "business day."

Billing & refund requests

For a purchase, refund, or credit-balance issue specifically, the commitment in our Refund Policy applies instead of the table above — acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved within 30, the same for every package, no tier difference. Email billing@dirAIght.com for these — it routes faster than the general support address for exactly this kind of request.

What we can't promise yet

We're a pilot-stage team — no 24/7 coverage, no guaranteed uptime SLA (see our Terms of Service §10), and the response times above are our real commitment, not a marketing number — if we're ever going to miss one, we'd rather you know that's the honest state of things than promise something we can't back.
