The agreement between us

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using DirΛIght in any way, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. DirΛIght is operated by MAVPRO Technologies([ADD CIN / COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER]), registered in India at [ADD REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS, INDIA].

2. What the service is

DirΛIght analyses your query and routes it to the AI model we judge best suited — by cost, capability, and context — then streams the response back to you. Usage is metered in tokens, drawn from pre-paid credit packs you purchase (see §5). We may add, remove, reprice, or deactivate individual models at any time, including mid-session, without notice — this is necessary to keep routing off models that are erroring, deprecated by their provider, or no longer commercially viable for us to offer.

3. Eligibility & age

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to hold an account and make a purchase. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf and be responsible for any purchases — consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 treatment of a "child" as anyone under 18.

4. Your account

Authentication is handled by Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and any developer API keys secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@dirAIght.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Credits & payment

• ·Credits are sold as one-time, pre-paid packs — not a recurring subscription. Nothing auto-renews and no card is charged again without a new purchase.
• ·Each pack has its own token balance and expiry date, shown at purchase and on your Credits page. Packs are consumed oldest-first when you have more than one active.
• ·Unused tokens are forfeited once a pack expires. We show the expiry date up front — there is no separate reminder requirement on our part beyond that.
• ·Prices are shown in USD or INR depending on your location; we accept payment via Stripe, Razorpay, and PayPal. You are responsible for any currency-conversion or cross-border transaction fees your bank or card issuer charges.
• ·You are responsible for any taxes (including GST, where applicable) associated with your purchase, except taxes on our own income.
• ·Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which explains exactly how partial-usage refunds work for a credit-pool model.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• ·Use the service for anything illegal, or to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, or intended to harass or deceive.
• ·Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our routing logic, model scoring, or pricing algorithm.
• ·Share, resell, or sub-license your API key or account access outside what your tier permits.
• ·Attempt to circumvent rate limits, budget guards, or per-model deactivation.
• ·Send content that violates the acceptable-use policy of the underlying AI provider handling your request.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

7. AI output — accuracy and reliance

Responses are generated by third-party AI models we route to, not written or verified by us. They can be incomplete, outdated, or simply wrong. DirΛIght is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or academic advice. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on before acting on it.

8. Third-party AI providers

Depending on the model selected and our current routing configuration, your message may be sent through OpenRouter, or directly to the model provider's own API (which today may include Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, Moonshot AI/Kimi, Alibaba/Qwen, or NVIDIA) as part of our transport-failover system. Each provider processes that request under its own terms and privacy policy in addition to ours — see our Privacy Policy for how we select and disclose these.

9. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you submit. As between you and us, we assign to you our rights (if any) in the AI-generated output you receive, to the extent permitted by the underlying model provider's own terms and by applicable law — some jurisdictions do not recognize copyright in purely AI-generated content. We do not use your conversations to train any model.

10. Availability & changes

DirΛIght is offered as a pilot-stage service without an uptime guarantee. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features — including individual models, at any time and without liability for the interruption, though we will try to give notice for anything material.

11. Termination

You may stop using DirΛIght at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or non-payment. Termination does not entitle you to a refund beyond what our Refund Policy already provides.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAVPRO Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DirΛIght, including reliance on AI-generated output. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MAVPRO Technologies against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [ADD CITY], [ADD STATE] have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any consumer-protection forum a user is separately entitled to under local law (including, for Indian consumers, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and its E-Commerce Rules, 2020).

15. Changes to these Terms

We will notify you by email before a material change takes effect. The date at the top of this page always reflects the last update.
